Description

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is seeking to commission an organisation to deliver the Warm Homes Healthy People (WHHP) Service across the Bradford Metropolitan District. The Service will provide a district-wide, year-round fuel poverty and thermal comfort service for residents who are vulnerable to the health impacts of cold homes, excess heat, damp, mould and fuel poverty. The Service will deliver targeted advice, practical interventions, energy efficiency measures, income maximisation support, outreach and referral services to improve health outcomes and reduce health inequalities. The successful provider will work closely with Bradford Council, NHS partners, Voluntary, Community and Faith Sector organisations, utility providers and other stakeholders to identify and support eligible households throughout the district.
