Description
Consultancy services to: Plan, manage and logistically manage and run the Global AI Cities Summit events; Manage the design and production of event materials, with input and support from GMCA; Create, host, maintain and update a website, also to manage registration capture and securely manage that data; Source venues, suppliers and contractors relevant to run the events; Work with GMCA to develop an agenda, recruit speakers and manage the speaker process; Draft sponsorship packages (for GMCA agreement), seek sponsorship and funding towards the events, manage the sponsor process and at-event experience; Manage, control and meet agreed costs of the events; Invite speakers where direct contact from GMCA is not required; Provide visible support, communications and marketing of the event, and proactive promotion of registration in partnership with GMCA.
