Description

• A structured programme of qualitative insight‑gathering to create archetypes, map pain points, needs and opportunities for System Membership; • To ideate and craft future System Membership experience; and create a credible approach to a seamless end to end experience that drives measurable impact and value. • Deliver a Membership Service Design Discovey with which the findings and report will go on to inform the creation of System Membership and support the wider UK Sport digital estate. • To manage delivery, administration and support and present all findings and recommdations in a report presentation, that demonstrates an understanding of the future membership user experience. • Ideate a resilient, sustainable System Membership experience, highlighting pivotal moments audiences and unveiling opportunities to pioneer inspiring experiences.
