Description
This Direct Award relates to the provision of international relocation services to support the return of a UK astronaut to the United Kingdom following a secondment in Germany. The requirement includes door-to-door transport of personal effects, including packing, shipping, customs clearance and delivery, to enable the individual to resume operational duties in the UK. Due to the time-sensitive and individual-specific nature of the requirement, and following proportionate market engagement, Britannia Movers International was identified as best able to meet the Authority’s required delivery timeframe and operational needs. Procuring through any other route would be incompatible with the urgency of the requirement.
