Description

The Authority is looking for a supplier to complete Emergency Department Works project at Birmingham Children's Hospital for 4 phases of additional works. Following completion of Phases 1–3, the Trust is appointing a contractor for the next four phases of its phased Emergency Department redevelopment on the ground floor of Block R. Phases 4 and 5 are fully designed and measured; Phases 6 and 7 are provisionally measured pending detailed drawings. Works for Phases 4–5 are programmed at up to 26 weeks, followed by a two-week decant period, then Phases 6–7 over up to 24 weeks.
