Description

University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust intends to award a contract to Rayner for the supply of compatible Cryo probes and provision of a Cryomatic console to support ophthalmic services. The requirement represents an extension of existing equipment and clinical pathways. A change in supplier would result in incompatibility and disproportionate technical and operational impacts. The direct award is justified under The Procurement Act Single Supplier Justification: Buy additional / partly replace existing goods, services or works same or compatible with existing.
