Description
The Crown Estate intends to procure a contract for the supply of electricity and gas to its London Residential portfolio. The requirement is expected to comprise: Electricity: approximately 0.192 GWh annual consumption across 20 supply points Gas: approximately 0.939 GWh annual consumption across 4 supply points The figures above are based on the previous 12 months' consumption and are indicative only. Actual volumes may vary during the contract term. The procurement is expected to cover retail supply of utility energy to the identified portfolio supply points, including associated account management, billing and customer support services. - The Bureau Service Provider will act on behalf of the contracting authority in administering this procurement process. - Further details, including full specification, pricing structure, and contractual terms, will be made available in the Tender Notice and associated procurement documents. - The contracting authority reserves the right to refine the scope and estimated consumption data prior to issuing the Tender Notice.
