Description
Provision of a comprehensive pest control service for a period of 3 years plus optional extensions of 1 plus 1, covering the prevention, monitoring, and treatment of rodents, insects (crawling, flying, and stored product pests), and seasonal infestations. Services will extend across all internal areas, external perimeters, and waste and access points of designated premises. The contract includes routine inspections at an agreed frequency, with flexibility to increase activity based on risk, alongside emergency response provision. Delivery shall utilise an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach incorporating monitoring systems, appropriate treatment methods (chemical and non-chemical), and preventative/proofing measures, all in accordance with current UK legislation and best practice.
