ID 6548189 - DOF - EDD - NICS Identity Assurance Solution - PRELIMINARY MARKET ENGAGEMENT

Description

The Department of Finance (DoF) is currently preparing to initiate a competitive tendering procedure to establish a contract with a Supplier to provide an identity solution along with support and maintenance of our existing Identity Assurance (NIDA) application. The contract duration is anticipated to be an initial period of three years, with two options to extend of up to one year each. The potential scale and scope of this contract is such that it offers a significant opportunity to bidders. Prior to initiating the procurement, DoF wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process. The questionnaire must be completed and submitted via eTendersNI by the engagement deadline of 3pm on 27th July 2026.
