Description
ID 6317199 - DFE - Consumer Council - NI HOUSEHOLD EXPENDITURE TRACKER DATA 2026 - 2028 - The Northern Ireland Household Expenditure Tracker was established in 2022 . It is a quarterly publication establishing a measure for the financial wellbeing of Northern Ireland households. It is produced using economic data and nowcast modelling, which calculates the income, expenditure and discretionary income of average NI households across four income quartiles. The publication particularly focuses on Northern Ireland’s lowest earning, most vulnerable households. The current contract, awarded through Construction and Procurement Delivery (CPD), has entered its third year after a period of three years in total (1 + 1 + 1). To continue this work, the Consumer Council is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide NI consumer data and the relevant analysis and reporting that will allow us to continue to publish a quarterly household expenditure tracker. Please refer to the Specification for full details of requirements.
