Description

Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust requires access to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Workforce Education provision for clinical and non-clinical staff. This is essential to ensure staff maintain professional skills, knowledge, and competencies in line with statutory, regulatory, and professional obligations. Current internal capacity does not allow the Trust to deliver these courses in-house, making external provision necessary. The Trust requires an external provider that can deliver accredited modules, aligned with workforce development priorities and NHS standards.
