Description

Romany Lane in Kessingland, is an occupied Romany Gypsy travellers site comprising 24 pitches of various sizes. East Suffolk Council is looking for a contractor to carry out refurbishment works to upgrade 16 ablution blocks, including improvements to the existing day rooms and associated bathroom and WC facilities (electrical work, and window/door replacements are not included in this tender).
