St Lawrence CE (C) Primary School - Extension Pitched Roofing

Description

The works consist of replacing various areas of concrete tile pitched roof and loft insulation to these areas. This will require sufficient scaffolding access, along with all edge protection to all roof areas affected by the works. In addition, there is existing solar PV that will need to be temporarily removed, stored and reinstated upon completion, and the incumbent firm will need to be employed to undertake this. This scheme will need to be undertaken and completed during the 6.no week summer period as there are considerable site access constraints that mean term time working will not be an option.
