Description

Introduction Perranzabuloe Parish Council ("the Council") invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to submit tenders for the provision of Property Portfolio Management Services for a period of three (3) years. The successful Company will be responsible for the day-to-day management, administration, and oversight of the Council's property portfolio, including management of the Council's commercial tenant operating the Watering Hole and liaison regarding associated events including Tunes in the Dunes and Bands in the Sands. The Council seeks a proactive Company capable of providing professional property management services, protecting the Council's interests, maximising compliance, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, event organisers, contractors, and stakeholders.
