Description
This commission will appoint Paradigm Arts to deliver its established Young Journalist Academy (YJA) programme, creating Storytelling News Desks at creative hub sites. Paradigm Arts is the creator and sole provider of the Young Journalist Academy, including its methodology, infrastructure, licensing arrangements and intellectual property. The proposed service has been developed specifically around this established programme and its specialist expertise in youth media engagement. As the requirement relates to a unique, proprietary programme that cannot reasonably be replicated by another provider, it has not been possible to competitively procure this commission. This commission is fully funded through Arts Council England NPO funding.
