Description
Gateshead Council has numerous assets on its highways that if damaged present the risk of harm to its residents and other users of the highway (items such as fallen fences, assets damaged in accidents etc.) A team is needed to make safe damaged or dangerous highway assets out of normal working hours. The team that deliver this service currently is unavailable. External assistance is required to deliver this essential function.
