Description
The Council is undertaking preliminary market engagement in relation to its provision of Residual Waste Collection, Haulage and Treatment Services The proposed scope of the engagement is: • Haulage of residual waste from the Council's transfer stations • Acceptance and treatment of municipal residual waste collected from the Council's transfer stations at treatment facility/facilities • Management of any process residues arising from municipal residual waste treatment • Management of carbon impacts attributable to transporting and treating the Council's waste • Recording and reporting key performance data to the Council • Provision of contingency residual waste treatment arrangements to ensure service continuity. Compliance with all relevant legislation. The dates below are indicative only and are provided for market engagement purposes. The Council reserves the right to amend its approach, timing and structure following consideration of feedback and internal approvals.
