Description
The London Borough of Newham (the Council) is seeking to appoint a specialist operator (the Operator) to manage tennis across 9 park sites and deliver a tennis development programme for the Borough. Newham’s current Tennis Management and Tennis Development programme is delivered by an external Tennis provider. The concession opportunity is offered for an initial period of five years from 1st April 2027 to 31st March 2032. After this time the contract may be extended for a further two years at the sole discretion of the Council, between 1st April 2032 to 31st March 2034. The Operator will work together with the Council’s Parks and Green Assets Team as well as the Leisure and Sports Team, sharing knowledge, developing systems, and delivering an attractive, value for money service to users.
