A workforce comprised of personnel with established aviation security backgrounds. Knowledge of aviation security regulations, airport operations, and compliance requirements. Experience in access control, patrols, incident management, customer service, and terminal security operations. The ability to work collaboratively with airport stakeholders, airlines, handling agents, and regulatory authorities. A key requirement is that all personnel proposed for deployment must have demonstrable aviation security experience, ensuring an understanding of the unique operational and security demands of the airport environment.
