Description
Flat Roof Replacement & External Fabric Repairs. The works comprise the complete strip and replacement of the existing flat roof to the Technology Block, including new insulation to comply with current Building Regulations, together with comprehensive building fabric repairs to all external elevations. The works are described in detail in the Specification and Scope of Works.
