Description
Hafod Housing Association is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced healthcare property adviser to deliver valuation, strategic disposal advisory, market engagement and transaction support services in relation to an operational care home within South Wales. The successful Supplier will be required to undertake an independent valuation, assess disposal and transaction options, provide healthcare market testing, identify prospective purchasers, advise on regulatory and workforce considerations and support Hafod through a confidential strategic review process. The opportunity is intended for organisations with demonstrable experience of healthcare property transactions, care home disposals, healthcare valuation services and access to active UK healthcare investor and operator markets. Due to the commercially sensitive nature of the requirement, access to detailed asset information and supporting operational data will be subject to the completion of a mandatory Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
