Description
The Intellectual Property Office is undertaking service and digital transformation activity and requires a focused data discovery to support future phases of delivery. The Buyer’s current services are supported by a combination of legacy systems, operational processes, reporting arrangements, data repositories, interfaces and manual workarounds. The current data environment may include multiple sources of truth, inconsistent data definitions, varying levels of data quality, and dependencies across service, technical and operational teams. The Supplier will work with the Intellectual Property Office to establish a clear and evidence-based understanding of this current-state position. The Supplier will use discovery findings to identify constraints, opportunities and recommendations that will inform the scope, approach and sequencing of subsequent Alpha and Beta work.
