Description

Roydon Parish Council is inviting tenders for the 15-year lease, management, and operation of the Dobbs Weir Road car park in Hoddesdon. The successful operator will be responsible for day-to-day management, maintenance, customer service, compliance, revenue collection, and improvements such as signage, lighting, payment systems, ANPR, and potential EV charging. Tenders will be assessed using Most Advantageous Tender criteria, including operational quality, financial value, experience, innovation, environmental and social benefit, and compliance with the Procurement Act 2023. Submissions must be sent electronically to the Parish Clerk by 23:59 on Friday 21 August 2026.
