Description
North Northampton Council are looking to support the redevelopment of 73-75 London Road, Kettering. The London Road premises will form a Care Leavers Hub and 4. No Staying Close apartments and will support Children's Services. The following works will be included: - First and Second Floor - Staying Close Accommodation Formation of 4. No Staying Close apartments with a double bedroom, shower room and combined kitchen/lounge space. Ground Floor - Care Leavers Hub Creation of communal lounge Creation of communal kitchen, dining and games area Creation of employee offices Refurbishment of toilets Creation of Disabled toilet and shower Creation of 1-2-1 and consultation spaces Creation of a sensory room External Works Creation of private garden spaces Refurbishment of car park Creation of secure cycle storage Improvements to access into the building including steps and ramps These works form part of North Northamptonshire Council's responsibility to provide appropriate accommodation for it's provision of children services and support the delivery of the obligations of Northamptonshire Children's Trust.
