Description
The student hub is a joint project between the Trust and KCL. KCL appointed LTS as architects for the project through their own Framework, this framework cannot be used by the Trust. The Trust wishs to make use of any synergies by having a common supplier. Trust spend with the supplier is now predicted to take the total value over the Procurement Act
