Description

Historic England is seeking a supplier, or consortium, to deliver a multi-year evaluation of the Heritage at Risk Capital Fund. The appointed supplier must provide a robust and proportionate evaluation that assesses relevance, outcomes, contribution and value for money, while producing actionable learning for Historic England, Department for Culture, Media and Sport and the public. The evaluation must assess what difference the Fund makes to the condition, resilience, reuse and community value of supported assets and the extent to which it contributes to wider place-based outcomes.
