Description
Provision of specialist advisory services to support regulatory reform activity in Lao PDR, focusing on the streamlining of wholesale and retail business licensing processes. The services include process discovery, analysis and redesign using Business Process Management methodologies, stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation, development of AS‑IS and TO‑BE process models, delivery of BPM training, and production of analytical outputs and recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
