Description
Post Office seeks to procure a strategic partner in Culture Consultancy to be able to bring their expertise and experience in items such as Culture or Behavioural Change and Transformation Programmes. A programme has been developed of targeted change activity to both accelerate and embed the cultural shifts required. We would value consultancy advice regarding these interventions to ensure we effectively calibrate the programme to reflect ongoing improvements in our cultural shifts. Our selected partner will be part of a Transformation Programme, working within a structured framework of programme and project management, being able to build, shape and sequence work that has already been undertaken Areas of work to be included but not limited to: * Leadership Accountability and Behavioural Change * Psychological Safety, Speak-Up Culture and Ethical Environment * Leveraging Existing Insight and Activity * Frontline, Postmaster and Stakeholder Engagement * Culture, Behaviour and Organisational Integration * Measurement, Reporting and Delivery Partnership * Alignment with Inquiry Recommendations, Green Paper and Regulatory Expectations * Governance, Capability Building and Transformation Alignment The services will be called off as and when required. Value is up to £2m ex vat
