Description

The Authority invites response to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) from suitably qualified suppliers (“Suppliers”) for the provision of Replacement Windows at 10-11 Cross Street Ryde, Isle of Wight PO33 2AD Strip out existing window frames and disposal, replacement of windows as scheduled. All opening windows to be fitted with window restrictors, allow for the erecting of scaffolding, temporary weather proofing as necessary while replacement takes place. For full details of the specification requirements can be found in the Design Scope of Works (inc Prelims) 10-11 Cross Street. The contract period is expected to be for three months from 2nd November 2026 to 1st February 2027 The estimated overall budget for this Tender is £75,000 (exc. VAT) to 125,000 (exc. VAT ).
