Description

Wiltshire Council plans to commission a comprehensive open-access sexual health services, including sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing and treatment, partner notification, most contraception services, HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) testing and a range of prevention and outreach activity. Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3 collectively constitute the Wiltshire Integrated Sexual Health Service (WISHS) so Wiltshire Council is seeking qualified Service Providers to deliver a comprehensive Integrated service under distinct specifications. This procurement process is being managed by the Council in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The contract for this project will be awarded via the Competitive Process, subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.
