Description
Adur and Worthing Councils are seeking expressions of interest from incumbent or Certificated Enforcement Agency providers whose head office is based in West Sussex to administer its parking enforcement debt collection for unpaid Penalty Charge Notices issued under The Traffic Management Act. It is currently estimated that this has an average annual value of around £30,000.00 per annum, collection agents would be required to adhere to the British parking association and Financial conduct authority guidance. The contract will be let for a period of up to 4 years with an initial 2 year period followed by up to 2 further years subject to performance and Local government reorganisation. Given the nature of the service required the annual values have no minimum guarantee.
This page represents one OCDS contracting process. Notices can be revised over time. Values may be estimates, award values or contract values and should be read with their displayed stage and date.
