Description
City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking to appoint a single contractor via mini competition under the Framework for the Installation of Low and Zero Carbon Technologies to deliver an integrated domestic retrofit service across private and social housing. The contract includes PAS 2035:2023 retrofit assessment, coordination and design services and PAS 2030:2023 retrofit installation works in support of the Council's Warm Homes programme.
