Description
The requirement is for specialist professional advice and representation in connection with the forthcoming rent review. The commission is to provide a clear assessment of rental value, strategic advice on the likely review position, negotiation support with the counterparty, and, where required, further specialist input to help protect Places for London's commercial position and support an informed outcome.
