Description
North Yorkshire Council (the Authority) is requesting information from suppliers to help determine the scope and feasibility of its requirement and to assist with drafting a future tender specification for Community and Asset Based Support. The Authority is looking to set up an open framework for a total duration of 7 years (5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years). There will be no limit to the number of suppliers that will be appointed to the framework. The framework will be split into two Lots. Lot 1 will be for the provision of Employment Skills and Lot 2 - Community Based Support will be broken down into two strands: Site based Support, and Out in the Community Support. The value within the notice has been published as £0, as the service is demand based it is not yet known what the maximum framework value will be.
