Description
Historic England is expanding inclusive programming, but staff diversity does not yet reflect this shift. This means that projects can go ahead without representation from affected groups. We are looking to appoint organisations to a framework to bring in external consultants with expertise in the barriers that marginalised groups face to remedy this lack of representation without expecting contributors to carry full project responsibilities. We are looking to add up to 20 consultants to the framework. Work will be allocated using mini-competitions and in circumstances outlined under the requirements section via direct award.
