Description

The Service will provide targeted, evidence-based support for young people and families in Cardiff who need advice on healthy relationships and sexual health as part of the Families First programme. Support will be available to: Young people aged 11 to 18, or up to 25 where vulnerable, living in Cardiff. Parents, carers and/or young people with healthy relationship support needs below the threshold for specialist health services or statutory care and support. The Service will: Deliver one-to-one and group support on healthy relationships, sexual health, consent, online safety, gender identity, body image, misogyny, VAWDASV, domestic abuse and sexual violence. Support parents and carers through one-to-one advice, drop-ins and group sessions as part of a whole-family approach. Provide training and advice to professionals in schools and community settings. Work with partners so young people can access services appropriate to their needs.
