Description

The project comprises the appointment of a main contractor to undertake the fit-out of office accommodation located on the fourth floor of Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings (SFM) to a Category A (Cat A) standard. The scope of works includes, but is not limited to, the provision and installation of all associated Information Management and Technology (IMT) infrastructure, mechanical and electrical (M&E) services, and floor finishes. The works also include the installation of two kitchen areas, the compartmentalisation of the floorplate to form functional office zones, and the construction and installation of two glazed meeting room spaces. All works are to be carried out in accordance with the design information, specifications, and drawings included within the ITT pack.
