Description

Saints Community Development Foundation will deliver two programmes under one contract for 2026/27. Healthy Hearts delivers six weekly one-hour heart health education sessions in 20 primary schools to Year 5 pupils, targeting schools with the highest NCMP overweight and obesity levels. Building Foundations delivers three men's and three women's seven-week wellbeing programmes in communities identified through Real Time Surveillance data, targeting 40 men and 40 women, with pre and post SWEMWBS measurement. The provider will also support Public Health priorities through use of the stadium and promotion of key campaigns.
