Description
The works form part of a wider programme of refurbishment and improvement works to communal areas, including the installation of new screeds and floor finishes. The purpose of the service is to facilitate the refurbishment programme by removing asbestos-containing materials where disturbance is anticipated and preparing a suitable substrate for subsequent flooring installations.
