There is a need for an organisation with the capacity and expertise to manage a high volume of DBS applications within a short and critical timeframe. The service must provide an efficient, streamlined process supported by accurate, live data and effective reporting, enabling the University to monitor application progress, identify and resolve delays, and ensure applicants complete the required checks promptly. This will support customers in progressing onto their chosen course as efficiently as possible, while reducing administrative burden and improving the overall applicant experience.
