These repairs are a critical component in supporting independent living, enhancing safety, and ensuring the ongoing quality of life for residents with mobility or disability needs. By addressing these essential maintenance and accessibility requirements, we can reduce the risk of accidents, promote greater autonomy, and enable residents to continue living safely and comfortably in their homes. Investment in these measures aligns with our broader commitment to inclusive, safe, and accessible housing for all. CONTRACT TERM The Authority is looking for potential service provider(s) to be awarded a contract for a period of 48 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months. The anticipated contract award will be made 07/10/2026 and contract commencement will be 08/10/2026.
