Description

Severn Trent Water intends to undertake a competitive procurement for the delivery of approximately 20km of hedgerow planting across multiple operational sites within its region. The scope of the requirement includes approximately 15,000m of hedge whip planting and 5,000m of eco-hedge planting, together with associated tree planting, site preparation and vegetation management, plant handling and transportation, waste management, and aftercare services. The contract is anticipated to commence in October 2026, with all planting works to be completed by March 2027. Works will be undertaken at various Severn Trent Water sites across England, predominantly within the Midlands, including but not limited to Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire and Gloucestershire. Final site locations and detailed requirements will be provided within the tender documentation.
