Description
The British High Commission Kigali seeks to procure a qualified maintenance service provider to deliver preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance services for generators, road blockers, stabilisers and solar heaters across the diplomatic estate. The requirement is for a comprehensive maintenance service covering approximately 20 generators, 2 hydraulic road blockers/bollards, 2 stabilisers and 3 solar heaters, including preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency callouts and replacement parts as required. The new contract will be awarded for an initial period of thirty-six (36) months, with an option to extend for a further twelve (12) months subject to satisfactory performance. The maintenance of these assets is critical to ensuring operational resilience, power continuity, security infrastructure availability, health and safety compliance and business continuity at the British High Commission Kigali.
