Description
DGFS are seeking a contractor, or contractors, to provide Service, Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (SIMAR) services for its commercial vehicle fleet and associated ancillary equipment across the United Kingdom. Above all, we require a safe, legally compliant, responsive and cost-effective service which minimises vehicle downtime, supports our incident-response obligations and contributes to our organisational sustainability aims. Through this Request for Information (RFI) we wish to understand the capabilities of the market to meet our requirements and to understand the changes, improvements and innovations that have occurred in this market since our last tender exercise. This Request for Information (RFI) is a precursor to any formal procurement process and does not represent a commitment to purchase. We anticipate a Pre Market Engagement Event will be held via Team on Thursday 24th September at 2pm. Please email along with the RFI to pre book a place.
