Stubbington Study Centre, Repairs to Water Main and Supply Room 27

Description

Install a new water supply from the boiler room (Room 34, Building 004A) to reconnect the kitchen sink in Room 27. The proposed route is to exit the building near the boiler ventilation opening and run the pipework externally, either beneath or alongside the building on the existing raised brick piers, before connecting to the currently disconnected sink. If an external route is adopted, the pipework should be insulated and adequately protected from direct sunlight to minimise the risk of water warming and to maintain the integrity of the water supply.
