Description

The Serious Fraud Office (SFO) is seeking market insight from providers capable of designing and delivering a leadership and management development programme. The requirement is intended to enhance leadership and management capability across the organisation and will be aligned to SFO values, behaviours, and relevant Civil Service leadership frameworks. The programme is expected to support leaders and managers at different levels of the organisation and incorporate a range of learning interventions, delivery methods, and practical development opportunities to maximise engagement and application of learning in the workplace. Through this pre-market engagement exercise, the SFO wishes to better understand the capabilities available within the market, innovative approaches to leadership development, delivery models, and potential solutions that could support the organisation's current and future leadership requirements.
