Description
To ensure a managed support service is available to the existing EA Connect Service and as new Version 1 developments move into live environment ensuring continuity of service for customers at peak application times throughout the year. The service will allow for cosmetic changes, incident management, performance testing etc to ensure customer experience is maintained across all applications
