Description

The programme will strengthen officers’ understanding of development viability and their confidence and capability in applying viability considerations in plan-making and decision-making. It will include high-quality reusable learning resources, a train-the-trainer approach, monitoring and evaluation, and optional bespoke viability support for council officers and elected members.
