Description
Property Consultancy services for the disposal procurement of Warwick Bar Phase 2, Digbeth sites owned by Homes England. It is anticipated that the initial term of this commission will be up to 43 months. Homes England reserves the right to extend the commission if key dates including (but not limited to) the unconditional contract date and start on site go beyond this period.
