Description

Beyond Housing is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced contractor to undertake the phased refurbishment of Brook House, Scarborough The project aims to modernise and enhance the building's customer and colleague environments, creating a contemporary, accessible, and collaborative workspace. The current aim is to award the contract under a single procurement exercise and awarded to one contractor. However delivery will be structured into separate phases aligned to the refurbishment of each individual floor within Brook House. The anticipated phases are: Phase 3 – Ground Floor Refurbishment Phase 2 – First Floor Refurbishment Phase 3 – Second Floor Refurbishment Beyond Housing's intention is that the bidders proposals would cover all phases of the project and Beyond Housing would reserve the right to authorise progression to subsequent phases following the satisfactory completion of each preceding phase.
